The barn itself is light and airy with white painted walls, huge windows, high ceilings, and a grand staircase. The space is chic, modern, and elegant. The barn’s great hall can accommodate 200 seated guests or 300 guests for a flowing reception. You’ll even have access to long wooden farmhouse tables and elegant crossback chairs for your event.

For overnight accommodations, the barn has five bedrooms and can comfortably sleep up to 28. With a cozy family room and kitchen, four bathrooms, as well as a large deck with a hot tub overlooking the river, you’ll find all the amenities you need to extend your event into an unforgettable stay.

The venue is wheelchair accessible and pet friendly. It includes chairs, tables, setup, cleanup, a full catering kitchen, parking, a bridal suite, a groom's room, and WiFi. The venue offers bar service and allows you to choose from five exclusive caterers for catering. Tables, chairs, setup, and cleanup are provided, and lighting, audio equipment, barware, china, flatware, glassware, and linens are also available. The venue costs $10,000 for off-peak season and $13,000 for peak season.
