Dedicated Staff to Assist with Every Detail of Your Special Day

With a rental fee of $6,000, the Alta Lodge includes both indoor and outdoor spaces for your event. The rental also includes an on-site wedding coordinator, fresh flower arrangements, complimentary wedding night lodging for the couple in a room with a private balcony and fireplace, tables, chairs, china, silverware, glassware, and linens, event set up and breakdown, and changing rooms. Friday and Saturday weddings have a minimum spend requirement starting at $15,000 and the venue is available for a five hour period, with the option to arrange additional time if needed.

Experience Delicious Full-Service Catering at Alta Lodge

In-house catering is required at the Alta Lodge, but they offer full-service options with indoor and outdoor dining, beverage services, and a full bar with signature cocktails. The wedding coordinator will work with you to design the perfect menu for your special day. If you wish to have a wedding cake, the lodge partners with Cakes de Fleur or you can choose your own vendor for an additional per person serving fee.

A Delightful Mountain Lodge Experience

The Alta Lodge also offers lodging for you and your guests in a quiet mountain inn setting. For an even more intimate and romantic experience, the entire lodge can be booked exclusively for your wedding, with Friday and Saturday events requiring an exclusive booking. Some couples choose to book both Friday and Saturday for a destination wedding. The Alta Lodge can accommodate events for up to 130 guests and has been family owned and operated since 1959. Its history as Alta's first ski lodge, opened in 1940 by the Denver & Rio Grande Railroad, only adds to its charm and allure as a wedding venue.
